There's no DIY option.
The car, plus all chipped keys/remote control fobs, must be taken to an official Honda main dealer. A few automotive locksmiths are also suitably equipped and licensed to do the job.
At the same time, get any missing keys/fobs deleted from the vehicle security system. That prevents them from being used without your permission.
