Lease expert! Honda civic 2014 lease?
I recently leased a car because if I would of buy it my payments were gonna be to high so it seem like a lease was good until I see the the residual of my civic 2014 is almost 12000? And over the 3 yrs ima pay like 17,000 paying 460 monthly so I'm planning to buy it which the was the idea at first it's my first time getting a car and I'm planning to save at least 13000 over this 3year lease so I can just buy it at the end of my lease but I just want to know if it was good lease I mean I had no credit neither a consigner and they gave me the car brand new w only 1500 down?
Leasing made easy… Its a bad idea for 99.9% of people to lease.
Yes, your payments are a little lower.
But you have far fewer options and you will pay far more overall.
I'm very surprised you were approved with no credit and $1500 down.
It would have been far better to just buy the car even with extended terms 72-84 months.
But, its too late now. Best you can do is buy the car at least end & never lease again.
Indeed, never go to a car dealer again because they saw you coming.
You clearly don't understand leasing, which a pretty good reason not to lease. But… Honda leases are nearly always good deals, because of the high residual value. But, in your case, with $1500 down, your $460 monthly payments seem Really high for a Civic -- which might be OK since you had no credit and no co-signer. You probably couldn't have done better.
But if you make all your payments on time and don't miss any payments, you'll have much better credit next time, and will get a much better deal.

No I don't and for being my first time I might have to pay so much for that car but yes on the other side my credit will get good enough to not pay so high next time I want a new car! And thanks thanks for the link hopefully I'll update what happens in 3 yrs.
