Spark plugs only need to be replaced every 50,000 to 70,000km, or when they foul or fail. You are not anywhere close yet.
I don't know what that new Civic recommends. My 00 Accord says 100k miles

Some platinum spark plugs (installed at the factory into the brand new engine) are rated up to 100,000 miles = 160,000km before needing to be replaced. Find out what Honda installed in your 2015 Civic and you may be OK for years.
Ask a person at jiffylube or other oil change place they told me 50,000 for my chevy Aveo

See the owners manual. All cars sold in the advanced countries use platinum tipped spark plugs that last at least 160,000 km.
Whether 30,000 km is a lot on a 2015 model depends where you live. When I lives in Los Angeles, I averaged 18,000 miles or about 30,000 km a year. Now that I live in Vancouver I average 13,000 km a year.
My daughter just trades in a 2015 model she bought new with 50,000 miles (80,000 km) on it. Her job required an 800km round trip almost every week for almost a year. Her husband has a 2010 Civic and has a bit over 300,000 km on it.

Have a Honda whose spark plug is maybe 2 years old, would its reading still be similarly accurate as if it was only after a first good week of use? Stock everything, the porcelain is black, I'm upjetting now with a aftermarket exhaust and filter, should I upjet with if the porcelain is black? With the length of time? Should I try a new reading with a new plug? (Already installed one)
