My tire rubbing the inside of my fender?
I just want to know why. I drive a honda 90 honda civic. The tire profiles are 195 60. Before anyone says it the tires, this only happens to the passenger side of the car and only when I brake. Also when I burn rubber that same side vibrates more than the right side. I know it's a suspension problem I would just like to narrow it down.
Maybe the spring (or spring in the strut) is too weak, and that is causing the car to sag?
Maybe upper or lower ball joint?
I don't think that it is anything else in the steering assembly since the whole assembly (except ball joints) can be removed without the car sagging.
- Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.
- Will 2003 honda accord sedan fender fit a 2003 honda accord coupe? I have a 2003 accord coupe i just want to know if a fender fo 2003 accord sedan will fit the car since they look just the same i can't see a difference from outside
- Bumper and fender fitment? So I have a 2000 honda civic hatchback, My paint started to chip on my hood and passenger fender and within the next month i plan on buying a new ones. I was looking up the parts and it says will fit a 99-00 civic 2 door coupe. But for hondas there's the coupe, sedan and hatchback. Will this part that specifies coupe fit on my hatchback properly?
- How much would it cost to paint a fender, hood, and a bumper for a honda civic 97 coupe dx? I was just wondering, i don't know where to take it either so any suggestions would help too. Thanks! I was looking for a red color, kind of like cardinal red. (If it matters) i'm also from the phx area in AZ in case anyone knows someone who does a good job for cheap
