Need brake help! 1994 Honda Civic DX 2 Door No hatchback?

Took it to the shop for two days and they changed the front caliper and brake pad. But the front right caliper doesn't gravity bleed or rotate because the caliper is grabbing. Just one side is grabbing.

So they suspected it was clogged they unhook the valve from the proportional valve to the front right caliper and blew air into it. Then we blew air into the proportional valve to the master cylinder and it un clogged. Hook it up and it started dripping then they hooked it up and it started gravity bleeding. But not shortly it stopped dripping and didn't gravity bleed and the caliper is slowly sticking.

What is the issue, my mechanics don't know what to do? Is it the proportional valve that needs to be fixed/ or replaced. If I replace it I have to get one from an car part because I don't have money to afford a new one atm. Or is it the whole brake system that needs to be bleeding and rid of toxic and sediment.

*Note the car has been sitting in a yard for two months
*Rear left bleeder valve nut is broken so I have to replace that before doing an entire bleed procedure.
*Replaced both caliper and break pads.

Quit guessing. If the mechanics don't know what to do, ask them to call Identifix and talk to a Honda specialist. Good mechanics know when they need help. Bad mechanics continue to scratch their crotch and replace more parts. A tech support call costs $50--best $50 you'll ever spend.

The front caliper that isn't grabbing as you say most likely needs the rubber brake hose that's connected to the caliper. Over time the hose collapses causing restriction in the hose. Not flushing the brake fluid causes all the problems your having due to it's ability to absorb moisture from the atmosphere t5hereby causing internal brake components to rust and pit.

I've worked on a car that someone filled up the brake fluid resovior with power steering fluid. (walmart did it) they look similar but act way different. The seals in their caliper swelled up and caused them to grab and it actually caused their rotors to glow red while driving (this was a camry, not a race car. Lol) we had to replace every rubber piece in the system and the calipers and rotors and proportioning valve. I hope thats not what happened to you but i would make sure the work that has been done on your car has been from honest mechanics or yourself. That might have been what happened. Or something of the sort

Your "Mechanic" hasn't got a clue because they aren't a real mechanic. Your explanation of what they did told me that!

Take it to a REAL mechanic and get it done properly and pay the bill like a good little boy for messing up your own brakes. (you could split the bill with your idiot I mean so called mechanic)
