What's a couple of ways to add more power to my 2013 Honda Civic EX?
Besides new intake and new exhaust, how much horsepower could I push out of this 1.8L engine without blowing it? What are other ways I can do this?

I have a 4 door 2001 honda civic. How much would it cost to get a red paint job?
I've been having a problem with my car overheating when it's stalled at a Red Light or something. I've changed/flushed the Coolant, replaced the Thermostat, and I'm now thinking if getting a new radiator. I know it's not the fans or anything electrical because they still come on. Some people tell me it's the radiator cap of the water pump not circulating through the engine properly. If someone could help me out before I make some expensive repairs it'd be greatly appreciated. Okay, I'm confused. I own a 2008 Honda Civic LX - Sedan. Now it doesn't have a placement for fog lights. But I see other civics with a placement for fog lights. Just confused, but is the fog lights only available for a coupe version or EX or I'm not even sure.
I'm 17, I live in Ohio, I have no accidents or tickets on record (I haven't even drove with my license yet) and I have a 96 Honda Civic. I picked this car because I thought insurance was low for it. My stepmom says my insurance could $400 a month, which seemed RIDICULOUS. Maybe if I was driving a Mustang or a different sports car but not a 17 year old Civic. The highest premium on my online quote was somewhere at $260 a month, which is a lot but sure as hell a lot berrer $400 a month. Could it really be that much?
I have a civic with a d16y8 and its served me well but what motor could I easily swap in? I want to use the same gearbox but I don't mind swaping the ECU. The easier the swap and the more HP the better.
Would prefer to use the stock manifold and intake etc.
Yesterday I showed my mom the engine. (Which was a mistake). She pulled out the oil reader thing and it came out. However we managed to put it back on there. Today however, I was driving and I noticed my car was smoking. The engine is clean and whatnot but when I opened the good to see it, It was smoking in the air the oil reader was. Now the weird thing is my engine reader was on co the whole time.
Except it does have a couple problems to it.
- Timing Belt is broken
- Tale lights are out
- Drivers side window is out
- Broken fuses for radio and interior lights
Also paid for new replacement for windshield and new chrome tires added.
Needing assistance please.
