Why my kenwood kdc-148 won't keep the settings saved?

I recently installed a new Kenwood KDC-148 radio in my 98 honda civic lx… I have set it so that DEMO MODE is OFF, and changed the time on the unit to the correct time, yet everytime I switch off the engine it resets. I have all the speaker wires hooked up which leaves me with a blue wire and a brown wire that's not in use and my red and yellow wires that powers the radio are hooked up to the red and yellow wire coming from the car harness! Can't seem to find the memory wire!

Everytime I visit the dealer for an oil change, they say I'm due for something? Are they ripping me off?

So I changed mechanics last year… I drive a honda civic and I always take the car in for a oil change when it's due… However, every time I go there's always something to be done on the car… I have wound up paying hundreds of dollars the last three times I've taken the car in for an oil change, today the lady said she wanted to look at my mileag… Without looking at the computer she immediately said I was due for some things and gave an estimate of $200 for the job, this is ridiculous… I'm seriously considering switching mechanics… Pepboys or something like that, what do you guys think?

Purchasing VS Leasing a car? For First car?

I'm very new to this car business, any suggestions is truly appreciated. It will
be initially my first car. Honda dealer is offering a brand new Honda Civic 2014
leasing for 36 months with $0 downpayment and $149 per month. Total deal $16,950. Is this a good deal? I have to pay the remaining balance of i wish to keep the car after 3 years. They said they will cover maintanence uptill 2 years. Anyone using Honda Civic 2014 right now? Pros/cons?

I want to buy a car and I don't have much money so I thinking of a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid with 256,000 miles for $1,800. I live in Ohio. So these are my questions:
1. How much longer can this car last?
2. The car is 10 years old. Can it still be covered by hybrid warranty?
3. What is the exact cost of a Civic Hybrid battery?

Double car warranty legal?

I purchased a used 2010 Honda Civic LX from a small dealership. After 3 months of owning the car both axels went (no accidents). When I purchased the car, I purchased a warranty policy, suggested by the dealer. Now that I need my axels replaced, I brought it to our family mechanic. He contacted my warranty company and they will not cover the axels as there's still a Honda warranty on the car. Is there any legal actions I can take against the dealership for the axels being faulty or the fact that they didn't inform me that there was already a warranty… Obviously I wouldn't have purchased the one through them?!
