Help looking for a newer car?

I'm currently driving a Dodge Neon that is coming to the end of its life. I really like how it handles/drives, and how small it is. I'm looking for another car since mine is about done for. I have tried and like the Dodge Dart, but have heard many bad things about it, so its not an option(plus out of price range). I also have found that i like Honda Civics. I know that they have a very good reputation, but a friend of mine said her husband has one, and its not the best in the winter because it is so low to the ground. We live in Minnesota, with some pretty bad winters, so i need something that will be able to tought be throug. Plus, I drive about 45 miles each way to work.

So any thoughts on eighter the Civic or any other car suggestions (smaller, sedan) that would maybe work for me. Need something reliabe and fairly affordable. Looking to buy used (2010 or newer) for under $15000 hopefully (only saying this because any type of luxury vehicle is out of the question. I have been told an Audi, but could NEVER afford one)

Car Seat Belt Not Working on New Used Car from Honda?

So I bought a used Honda Civic directly from the Honda Dealership here in Ontario Canada.

The car was Safety Certified and Etested with a full point inspection check from Honda, then when I brought it home the seat belt does not work!

Its just stuck and won't move no matter what I try, so I wonder if Honda claims to have done Safety which has to be done by Law Government standards.

What should I do? Return the car or just get them to fix it or get a lawyer and get something out of it?

Appreciate any feedback you can provide.

I was wondering what is the best possible engine to put into my hatchback. I'm looking for something that I can turbo and have lots of torque and HP. I'm trying to change my car into a sleeper meaning looks stock on outside and all the goods inside thanks ahead of time for your help and serious answers please no BS

Options for trading in like-new 2014 Honda Civic EX?

I purchased a brand new 2014 Honda Civic EX Sedan back in April of this year. Unfortunately, the seats have wreaked havoc on my back and legs. I need to get rid of this car. Out-the-door, the total amount was roughly $23K (including tax, fees, etc.) I put $13K down and financed the rest at 0.9% for 5 years (payments are $159 per month)

If I want to purchase a different car at roughly the same price, what are my best options?

Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
