How to Start Getting a Car? I'm 19?

So I'm 19 years old, 20 August 8th and I'm wondering how I start getting this car I want?

http://www.edvoyleshonda.com/car/150942/2011_Honda_Civic_Sdn_LX

It's about $12,000, right now I have two jobs, together I get over 40 hours a week.
I can put $1000 down on it but I have no well established credit history. I did however get approved for a credit card at Capital One so I'll be building credit until I'm ready to buy the car. My question is, what do I do first? Do I wait to build up credit before I try for the car or should I go ahead and buy it and start making monthly payments. Yes I will be in school part time come this fall… Help?

How to remove spoiler with brake light in it?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX with a spoiler. I want to remove it because I hate the way it looks and it rattles like crazy when the Sub is playing. The spoiler has a brake light in it and I don't know how to remove it safely. I was just going to take it off by removing the screws but I don't want to ruin any of my other brake lights. How to remove spoiler with brake light in it

Legal advice on a purchase of a unknown salvaged title vehicle?

I bought a 2007 Honda Civic in Feb. New to the military and far from home I got a car loan to purchase a used car to start me off. I got approved through Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union and bought the Civic from a private seller. Long story short i've had a coupe issues with the car and found out that Honda extended the warranty on what i needed to get fixed I contacted Honda and then was informed that it was not covered under warranty because it had a salvaged title. When i bought the car it had a clean title. The bank even ensured it was a clean title, they would not loan me the money if it was a salvaged car. Today I called my bank and they ran some reports on the car and they said it came up as a clean title. I then called the DMV here in Texas and had them run a report, again came up clean. The lady on the phone at the DMV asked who told me it was a salvage title so i told her what Honda told me. She ran some more reports and found it was salvaged in Florida but for some reason got a clean title in Texas she said she was unsure how this could have happened and needed to speak to the supervisor and they would have to call me back. She also informed me that the reason my bank did not pick up on the salvaged title is because they ran a blue title. I do not know where to go from here, someone has to be responsible for this, a typical car fax would not even pull up that this car was salvaged.

My grandma Bought a new car (UPDATED)?

Today me and my grandma were at the honda dealership and today she bought a 2011 honda civic 4 door for 15000. She is doing 72 month payments and her monthly payments are 399 the dealership financing manger said. I'm wondering if this is about right or crazy. Eventhough she had a credit score of 620 thats what they offered and she took it. The man at the dealership said that there was nothing else that he could offer and he kept talking about god. Also that this is what god wanted her to have. He said that he included a warranty into the price but i do not think that is worth it. Also he didn't tell her what her interest rate was but she took it. That was the only car that he was trying to get her. So do you think that this financing manager should be turned in? Also she made a down payment of 1500. But the man also said this is what the financing company can only get for you.My grandma Bought a new car UPDATED
