Buzzing noise under dash when Ebreak is released?

I recently purchased a 2003 1.7L 5 speed Honda Civic. It is in amazing condition and I only have one issue that I haven't been able to diagnose. When I first start it up it doesn't make any noise but as soon as I lower the Ebreak a buzzing type noise starts under the dash, sometimes it will keep going on and on but sometimes if the heater is on it will stop after a while, and only a few times has it not made the noise at all. Any ideas or possibilities would be greatly appreciated!

My 2001 Honda Civic stopped running?

I was having trouble getting up hills and past 20 mph and then on the highway it stopped accelerating. I also was having trouble getting it into 2nd gear, it would grind hard.

So I got it towed to the shop and they can't even inspect it because it won't drive at all. They want me to pay for a new clutch, but I have to wonder if I'll be paying for a new transmission or engine next. Can anyone help me out here?

Are halogen headlights good enough for night driving?

I use them with halogen foglights to get decent view, but I'm thinking.

My friend had stock LED on his Honda Civic Touring, and it lit up the whole road, and I checked from my car it wasn't blinding at all, and no one was flashing him.

For me, I would have to turn on my high beams (which I don't) in order to get decent lighting.

I hit my brakes really hard, ended up having underside scratches on the front bumper - left side. Should i be worried about something else?

I drive a honda civic 2018 EX… I have taken care of it ever since i got it in january… No problems. I park far away from cars. And it honestly breaks my heart that now i have underside scratches on my car. Its just not a good feeling…
here is the story: yesterday i was driving traffic, the car infront of me made a sudden halt… I hit my brakes super hard because i did not want to hit the car… I can accept some of the blame because i should have had more distance… But when i hit my breaks, i could feel something really loud underneath… Excuse me if i don't know the appropriate terms for car particles. So when i heard that scrape noise my heart sank
anyway, there's only scratches on the left underside of my front bumper but nowhere else… Why would that be? Should i be worried about anything else? What else could have been scraped? My engine? Did someone modify my car suspension? Only had one oil change so far…
anyway i'm paranoid… I told my father - he laughed at me and said i'm worried about nothing… Its not funny to me
should i file a report? Should i go back to my dealership and ask them to check it out?
after my oil change i did have a low pressure tire light that came on - i got that fixed… I don't know what to basically… Please help me out.

Changing transmission fluid on a 2009 Honda Civic?

I just bought a 09 Civic with 60,000 miles in it. Should I change the transmission fluid? It's dark and I don't believe it's ever been changed since the previous owner was an old lady. I also want to put DW-1.

Honda Civic vehicle speed sensor (VSS)?

The speedometer on my car has stopped working after having the clutch replaced.
The problem seems to be that the vehicle speed sensor was connected incorrectly and has now been damaged/burnt out.
I need a replacement sensor but I'm struggling to find the correct part online or a part number. I'm in the North East UK.

Could anyone with a bit of knowledge help find the part for me?
The car is a Mk.8 2009 Honda Civic 2.2 i-ctdi SE, 6-speed manual transmission.

How to negotiate for a car price?

I've been trying to sell my BMW privately but no one wants it. I'm thinking of calling used car dealerships where they have a car I want. I want to trade in my 2009 BMW 328xi(80k miles) for a 2009 Honda Civic around 100k miles or lower. I just want a more reliable car. Anyways on blue book it says my trade in value is around 5k. The Honda I want is priced around 6 to 7k on blue book. How can I negotiate to get the car. There's a couple of used dealerships that have the Honda I want. I wouldn't mind leasing the remaing difference.
