It won't start unless I turn the key into the "on" position and then switch it "off" several times. Then once I do that it starts up easy. Doesn't ride rough or anything when I get it started.
Anyone got an idea of what could be wrong with it?
*Spark Plugs, Spark Plug Wires, and Valve Cover Gasket/Grommets were just put in and it didn't solve the issue*

I'm looking at these cars in terms of price and more "bang for your buck." Both seem interesting to me and I have yet to test drive them. The Honda Civic seems like it is the better car based on reviews but the newly redesigned Toyota Corolla looks better than previous versions and is slightly cheaper than the Civic. Which one should I consider looking towards? Please do not mention any other car, I'm only focused on these two at the moment.
I buy a new engine in my honda civic 98 1 year ago. And a months later i find my radiator has some greasy or like milky something like that… And my mechanics check the head gasket and it was ok. No leak at all. But the grease in my radiator is still there.it maybe because the engine is surplus. My question is. It is good to use prestone super flush to get rid of that greasy thing? Is there any effect in my engine if i use that? Or is it good to just flush it with garden hose?

I have a check engine light on my 2002 Honda Civic & scanned it with the diagnostic tool and the code came up P1456. The code booklet that came with the tool only has P0456. Is it the considered the same code?
This is the diagnosis: very small evap emission control system leak.
I will get a new gas cap and hopefully that will clear it but if not I will have to do a smoke test.
But is the P1456 the same as P0456?
I have a 2007 Honda Civic. I'm sure my starter is completely dead or shot. I just need to start it one more time to get it up to the mechanic. Any tricks or ideas to get it going? I already tried a jump last night to no success. Please let me know!

Car is a 2002 Honda Civic 5-Speed.
When I purchased the car it had 280,000km, it had a blown head gasket which I replaced & found out that the motor was toast. So I purchased a used motor with 130,000km, put it in, then had to replace the battery, alternator, starter and one of the sensors. It passed safety & etest. The car ran great but my cousin offered to sell me his Mustang so I sold the Civic.
The buyer is about 18 or 19 years old. I drove for him to check it out, took him for a test drive in it and he said he'd get his dad to take a look. I went back the next day and his dad looked it up and down then took it for a test drive. They had no complaints about it's performance so he bought it, I even saw him out driving it a couple weeks later and he looked pleased. I did tell him to do an oil change because I hadn't.
About a month later he calls me saying he's going to sue me because he drove the car across the border to the States and it overheated and he blew a head gasket. He's trying to say I sold it with a blown head gasket but he would have blown it when he drove the car all that way as it was overheating.
It has been almost two months now and I saw him in person about two weeks ago and he came up to me and said "I'll see you in a couple months"
I don't think he has a case at all but I just wanted other peoples opinions.
Long story short my 2007 Honda civic has a chip in the bottom middle of the windshield with 4 cracks, one up, down, left, and right. I'm pretty sure the whole thing needs replaced now. What am I looking at for cost? And will insurance cover it?
my guess is that the windshield already had a chip, then it either got hit with a basketball at school (there's a print right beside one of the cracks) or the sun just heated it up and caused the cracks.
