What is a good second car?

I'm an 18 year old male. I'm a pre-med student and commute to college four days a week. My daily driver is a 2014 Honda civic due to its good gas mileage. However, I would like a second car which is a little more fun to drive and something I can drive around town and with my friends. Before you go calling me out on how it's a bad financial choice, I just want to say I can easily afford it. My wealthy uncle, who sadly passed away, left me more than enough money to fund the entirety of my college career, and I have a decent enough paying job to cover everything else. Now, to get to the point, I would like a relatively fast car, but it doesn't need to be super fast. I would like it to be luxurious, and preferably a convertible. The newer the better. It would be a plus if it had back seats, but it's not that important. I would also like it to be under $25,000. And not to sound too snobby, but I prefer prestigious brands. My first car was my mom's old BMW 760li, but due to the fact I didn't have a job at the time, the cost of gas and insurance forced me to trade it in for a more fuel efficient ride. While I loved the car, I would prefer something smaller and more "Summer-esque."

Added (1). I think you guys misunderstood me. I'm not using my uncles money for the car. I would be using the money I'm currently making. The only reason I brought up my uncle's money was to make the point that I do not have other monetary obligations.

What's the best Distributor cap and rotor for a 1997 Honda Civic EX?

I have to do a tune-up pretty soon for my Honda. I was recommended NGK spark plugs and wires but not the cap and rotor. I'm sure the OEM is ideal but if there's a company that makes caps and rotors much more efficient than OEM then I want to get those to go along with the NGKs. So my question is that is there a company that specializes in Caps and Rotors like NGK is with spark plugs and wires?

Should i buy a Scion 2014 or a Honda Civic si 2014 Sedan?

I like both cars, My reason for liking the Tc is that the Car looks nice and its sport and inexpensive. However, The fact that its a Coupe and it only has 179 horsepower that just throws it off right there. I like the honda civic si because it offers 4 doors and its looks nice.

My car makes a weird noise when I hit a bump, what is it?

Every time I hit a bump or a dip or something that isn't flat my cars makes a noise around the right front tire. It kind of sounds as if someone is kicking a can. My best guess is that its the strut, but I don't want to risk a big fix like that if that's not it. What do you guys think? Or suggest.

Is it worth giving a 2002 honda civic a paint?

I want to buy a used car with less than 110K miles. Car needs some serious painting, and was wondering if it's worth buying it and then giving it a paint. How much would an average cost be?

Having a hard time starting my car. What could it be?

2006 honda civic gas pedal fluttering noise on starting after running over debris on highway?

I bought 2006 honda civic EX brand new and have only 65000 miles on it. Have it maintained very well. Use the car for commute back/from work only.

ISSUE:- Today morning, when I was doing 70 miles speed on the highway, I ran over an abandoned shredded tire outer layer (almost like a giant snake skin) in the middle lane, and after I settled down to the local roads, I'm noticing a fluttering metallic sound, whenever I press the gas pedal for the first time (after breaking or the 1st time I'm starting the car). The noise is not there, when the car is in motion.

Please advise from your experience. I'm looking for a good mechanic in my area in the time being.

Added (1). Thank you user "country boy". I could not edit my original post. Sorry about the typo, typed in haste. I hear this metallic gurgling sound whenever I press the gas pedal for the first time to get the car in motion, OR when I stop at a traffic light, and accelerate slowly.

Country Boy: I'm in Dallas TX area. I'm thankful for your immediate response. How expensive will this repair might be. I'm still calling around local mechanics of mom pop shops.
