Should I use higher octane with a vtec?

I have an 06 Honda Civic with a vtec engine. When I first got it, the way it drove made me wonder if it had a performance chip, but I've only been using 87 octane it and I've noticed a drop in the performance since I got it. So i don't know if it actually has a chip in it or if I should be using higher octane

2002 Honda Civic EX key fob issues?

I recently purchased a 2002 Honda Civic EX and I can't get an aftermarket key fob programmed. I replaced the head unit last week (I still have the factory stereo) and I'm wondering if that would have an effect on it? The power locks on the doors do work, but I'm wondering what could be the cause of the key fob issues.

Should I buy this car? - 1

2017 Nissan Altima 3.5 SL 20K miles $15k and clean title that I saw this in dealership, but is this a good car? It's quite reasonable for that submodel, and much cheaper than my 2014 Honda Civic LX that has been repo 2 years ago it was $17k and about same mileage like this.

How do I get the code to my car s radio?

I drive a Honda Civic 2010 2-door coupe and recently had to change my battery. My radio went out and now it's asking me to enter a code so I can get it working again. How do I get that code? It wasn't in the manual.

Nissan 350z for daily driver?

I currently own a 2001 Honda Civic LX with 223,000 miles on it. My car still runs great. I been wanting to buy a Nissan 350z for years! I finally found a 350z that I can buy. The Z is a 2006 Basic model, but it has 110,000 miles for $9k. I'm a full time college student with a part time job. Do you guys think I should wait to get a Z? I know it will be a bit more expensive to have a Z, but I will not be driving crazy miles to go to school and work. The university I attend is 15 minutes away from home, and my work is roughly 2 minutes away from home lol. Please help me out any information is useful!

Added (1). I do not plan to do any mods to the car. I'm 21 years old, and I have a clean driving record.

Can I replace the radiator support upper tie bar by myself using a socket wrench?

My car is a 1997 Honda Civic LX. Got in a fender bender and my front end got damaged. The radiator support s upper tie bar got pushed in on the left side of my car. I'm looking to replace that bar and was wondering if it is only bolted on so I can remove it with a socket wrench, or is it welded? If it is replaceable with just a socket wrench, I won't have to replace the whole radiator support which would be a hassle. Also I'm looking to replace it so I can align a new bumper and new headlight assembly that was damaged in the accident.
