Hi, I just bought a used Honda civic 2006, this car fuel indicator light sometimes show how much gas is remain, just like normal, sometimes show how much gas has been used, it's a real headache, anybody knows what is going wrong?
I'm 16, looking to buy a car. Anyone know how much I will have to pay for car insurance? Let's just say the car I have is a 2000 Honda Civic. I know it's a monthly payment.
I currenlty own a 2000 honda civic dx and had my insurence acually go up because there's alot of car thefts where i live. Especially for hondas!
I was looking online and never really noticed just how easy it is to steal a honda eapecially the older types like 2000 down.
I learned that you don't even need the same key or the same year! To open my car door. All you need is a key from another honda and with a bit of practice you can open the door like if it was the key for the car to begine with.
Would it be possible to swapp out the key for a different one possibly one that wouldnt be compatible with another homda civic key?
What els can i do to keep my car save?
I don't have a garage so its street parking.
The USB outlet that is used for carplay/androidauto an under the center console is charging my phone very slow. They used to work just fine. They still connect and work but the charging issue is starting to bother me. Is there something I can do or should I take it into the dealership?
Looked at a 2008 honda civic si that has 73,000 miles the car was flawless inside and out. Then the owner told me it blew the original HG. He took it to a machine shop and then did the rest of the work himself. And now runs fine. Is this car still worth buying or should I walk away?
I have a 2000 Honda Civic. I traded for it, I was actually a previous owner of it and it ran fine back in the day. I wanted it back and found it. It has been sitting in this guys yard for about 2 months. I go to start it up. It starts up just fine… Then it randomly just shuts off and never have been able to start it up again. It cranks and it smells rich in gasoline when you crank it a couple times. I checked the fuses and battery. Any help would be great.

Opened the hood and saw this, don't know how long it was like this but car is running. What is it and what does it do? Can i fix it without electrocuting myself?
