I need help identifying my Honda Civic lx

Grey cloth seats,
Papers say 02 but can't find a pic of he car anywhere stock online.
Is this v tech?
No sun or moon roof

Nearly positive a neighbor hit my parked car leaving a few scratches?

What do I do? I live on a dead end wth very few houses and cars parked. My car is grey and there's white paint on my car. While the scratch is not AWFUL, I want it fixed as it is not my fault. There are a few white cars on the street but I can't figure out whose it would be and no one left a note (obviously) I'm 20 and don't have the funds to pay a few hundred to get my car fixed but I don't want scratches there obviously.
Also how much do you think to fix this?

Honda Civic 2012 Gas Mileage

Earlier today I noticed my MPG on my car had gone up about .3 mpg in a matter of less than an hour which was weird because I didn't recall seeing it go up, just seeing it at 28.5 then an hour later at 28.8. After finagling with it I realized something was definitely off. At the bottom of my screen instead of the miles on my car there was an uppercase A and a random number. I attempted to get it back to my normal settings and after I did that it was still not right. Now my mpg changes frequently and rapidly, almost every few seconds. It will go from 31-21 in a matter of seconds. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me get my car back to normal. Again I have a 2012 honda civic

For a Honda Civic is that good?
