My 2002 Honda Civic a.c stopped blowing cold air

My car stopped blowing cold air. I didn't use my car for 2 days and when I got in and turned on the car the a.c was just blowing hot air. I didn't get around to fixing it after 3 days so I plugged in the r135a with the regulated valve and it just up to red so there was high pressure. I released the pressure by sticking a screwdriver in the low pressure valve and the pressure went down and I added more of the refrigerant. But the a.c is still hot and I noticed the fans where the radiator is are not running when the a.c is on. Please I need help fixing this i don't know what els to do.

My car won't hold a battery charge

For some reason my car's battery won't stay charged.Ill jump it, it will start and then ill drive and it will be fine.Next time i go to start my car, its dead again.
yes i give the battery time to recharge, i drive for about a half hour.
no i don't need a new battery, its only about 3 months old.

another thing is that the car is idoling rougher than usual. I don't know why.

also for some reason everything that is plugged into my cigarette lighter [radar detector and some interior lights] will turn off and then back in really quickly while i'm driving and this has never happened to me before besides the past 2 days when i've had to jump start my car FOUR TIMES!

when i turn the key to start the car there's usually a few clicks and then nothing at all. Or just nothing at all.

its a 97 honda civic ex, manual transmission.

How much should a catalytic converter cost to replace?

I recently failed my smog check for my 1998 Honda civic so I took it into a shop to get it looked at. They said the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. When I asked how much it would be they said the price like twenty one fourty seven. Thinking that they meant $21.47 rather than$2,147 I told them to go ahead and replace it. I know it was dumb to think that it would be so cheap but I thought they were just saying that's how much the part was not including the labor or something. I'm 20 years old and know next to nothing about cars. Anyway today when they called me to tell me it was ready he said it like 21.47 again but right when I was hanging up he goes so 2 thousand one hundred forty seven dollars. So I'm wondering how much should it cost to replace a catalic converter including labor and everything? I don't have $2100 to spend on a car that's not even worth that much and would never have agreed for them to do the work if they hadn't been misleading about the price.
