2010 Honda Civic A/C Works Intermittently?

I have a 2010 Honda Civic and my A/C works intermittently. It usually only stops working when it is extremely hot outside. In the past it has kicked back on after driving for a while, but recently it hasn't been doing that. It will only come back on when the car has sat for a couple of hours. I thought it was the relay and replaced that, but that did not work. Has anyone else had similar problems? Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Should I use regular gas or diesel?

Yeah you know my boy Barry just put an alternator in my Honda Civic so that I can switch between using gas and diesel. Diesel is more expensive but he says it lasts longer. Which one will give me the best bang for my buck?

Does it normally take this long to do these repairs?

I have a Honda Civic type r 2003 model. I recently took it in for it's MOT. It failed and needs new brake pipes, a track rod end and a front spring replaced. My 2016 Honda Civic Maintenance Minder goes on saying I need new oil after only 3k miles. Is this normal for a car that takes synthetic oil?

So I got a brand new 2016 Honda Civic from a while back ago that has a Maintenance Light that comes on every 3k miles saying I need to change the oil. Is this right? Or is something wrong? Because I only had the car for less then 3 years with only 16 miles on it and this would be the 4th time I believe I would need to change the oil. I get the oil changed at the dealership too with the synthetic Honda Oil they use. So I can't understand why it would need oil changes this often? Is it possible something is wrong with the car? Because I thought you can get much further on synthetic oil then 3k miles
