I'm looking to buy all 4 new tires and I'm not sure which one to buy. I'm interested in the pirelli cinturato p7 or michelin premier a/s, but I'm not sure which one would be better.
This is what's most important to me: - I want to have good handling in Indiana weather conditions - Comfortable Ride - Reliable, I want to at leave get my money's worth.
Right now I'm leaning more towars the Pirelli because it's cheaper, but I read that it doesn't have the best handling on wet roads; but yet I read that its supposed to perform on wet roads so I'm unsure. If it helps, I drive a 2014 Honda Civic EX and roughly 12,500 miles a year.
My car overheated due to a water/antifreezer leak. My car stopped and lots of smoke was coming off. I'm 15 years old. At first the car would just revv. I placed some oil since it didn't have any and the car start it up again. White smoke still comes out thru the antifreeze place. And the exhaust lots of white smoke. My car is a 2004 honda civic dx. But I was wondering does my car still have a chance of surviving? When i started it up it went a few feet and stopped again. So i decided to leave it for the night. Can it survive or does anybody knows what's wrong with it?
I have a honda civic 09 i just got my windows tinted and ever since then the rear speakers don't work. I got all the windows tinted but the front ones still work
The noise seems to come from the valve cover area or somewhere from the very center of the engine bay, not from the belt area of the engine. The noise does not change in pitch when the engine is revved but does get louder till about 2,000 RPMs. The noise also only comes up when the engine is slightly warm and was just started up, then dies off after about 5 minutes of running. Parts and fluids replaced were air filter, PCV valve (with OEM Honda valve from Honda) OEM transmission fluid drained and filled 3 times, oil was changed recently, new spark plugs (not boots or wires, NGK iridiums are in there), and a new belt tentioner pulley put on with new belt. The EGR valve was also cleaned out and there are no check engine lights or codes. Also took it to honda and they aren't able to figure it out. Also had a valve adjustment done by Honda. (Noise was there prior to all services).
Added (1). Noise sounds very close to wood being cut on a bandsaw, but not as aggressively loud. Its not as screechy and a little lower pitch than the sound in this video.
I just bought a front windshield decal for my Honda Civic because it's a true race (rice) car and I wanna show it off. I'm not sure what would look better though, on the top of the windshield or on the bottom of it?
I'm 17 and my parents just recently bought be a new 2016 Honda Civic LX. Is this a good car for a teenager? Will it still be a good car to drive when I'm off to college in about a year?
