I purchased a new 2016 Honda Civic Touring and there's a subwoofer rattle issue?

Ok, so I love my new car so far. However most songs that play make the back end of the car rattle like crazy if I have the subwoofer turned up. I took it back to the Honda dealership and they just recommend that I keep the subwoofer setting all the way down to fix the problem. That works and all however that doesn't really fix the problem because I didn't buy the Touring model with the 450 watt sound system with subwoofer to not even use it. That would be silly. So that being the case, I'm planning on bringing it back into the dealership to have them fix the rattle without playing with my sound settings. So what is the right way to explain this to the dealership to have them fix it? Do I need to tell them to insulate it or something? Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated it!

They can fix it, but it'll be on your coin. It's not warranty work.

Should of gotten the 2017 Chevy Corvette or the 2017 Dodge Charger SRT.

Nice

Just tell then the subwoofer is rattling.

New cars have a warranty that things are supposed to work right. Rattling isn't working right. Take the car back to them and show them what you mean and insist they fix it. It the speaker rattling, or the car furniture or body. If the speaker itself is rattling, they need to replace it with one that works with the system it's on- it is just the wrong speaker. If the car itself is rattling, maybe they can correct that, but it just may be that your sound equipment does not go with your car.

Dealers can be very unhelpful if they think they can get away with it. Subwoofers can vibrate a lot especially if you like your music loud and likely the mountings have come loose. I remember a stereo I was asked to look at years ago that the owner always ran at high ear splitting volume. The sub woofer worked so hard it was actually vibrating the screws out of the mountings with the severe vibrations.
If the car is still under warranty and the speakers were part of the original car then they should be mounted in a way where they will not vibrate loose. If it is a powerful unit then the speakers should be mounted firmly so they do not vibrate loose. If you can get the speaker covers off perhaps check all the mounting screws are firm as if you find any that are not firm likely that is the reason for the rattle. Most speaker covers just clip onto the speaker and can be easily popped off to get to the mounting screws.

Use an equalizer to decrease some of the bass a bit until the vibration is gone. I replaced my car's player with some earphones jacks and type c USB cables so that I can plug my Android music player with equalizer
