Should I sell my car? Or do I have options?
I'm a 20 years old about to be 21 in 3 months. I have a 2008 honda civic si but I wanna know if I should sell it or refinance? I moved to florida on my own and I'm making 1500 a month with 2 jobs and my car payments are 400 a month a 300 for insurance. I love my car but it's to much money for me to afford 400 a month:/ is there anything I can do to keep my car or do I have to just sell it?
The car isn't your problem. Your problem is your income. Why don't you go out and find a job that pays you real money. You only make $375 a week working TWO JOBS.
You need a new job, not a new car.
What do you owe on it? If you are "upside down," owe more than it is worth, keep it. 3/4 of your income should not be a car expense.
You can't do either. You need to hunker down, double up on payments for a year or so. Then you won't be upside down.
a 3rd job wouldn't be a bad idea.
Surprised you got financed and I'm sure you overpaid big.
- Should I sell my car and invest the money? I have 2 cars. A 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse and an 2006 Honda S2000. I'm thinking of selling the Honda and getting 12-15k for it. Then investing that money. I have a friend who builds and flips houses. He said if I invest he'll give me a good return on it when they sell. I forgot the percentage he said, but it was higher than doing a cd or anything like that. I like my car, but I only drive that one once a week or so. Should I try and sell it and use it to make more money?
- Should I sell my aging car? I'm currently own a 1997 Automatic Honda Prelude that I use as my daily driver. I've had it for about 2 years with no issues but I will be moving to the city for my sophomore year of college. I have saved enough money to buy myself a newer used car. Should I keep the car even if the repairs that will come later on will cost more than what its worth, or sell it for a used Nissan 350z?
- I have a 1983 Honda shadow 500 and I have a couple options for a parts bike? So I was wondering what bikes would be best, obviously another 1983 Honda shadow 500 would be best but could I use a 750? Or another year?
- I sell cars for 1800$ or less but the taxes are almost here could I sell this car for 3000$? It's a 2004 Suzuki Verona 159,000 miles Automatic It's in exelent condition no problems But do you think I'll get 3000$ for it? Most people usually want a honda or Toyota
