I have Honda Civic 06 that won't crank the dash lights turn on and everything but it just won't start?
I even passed energy with jump cables and nothing
If the battery is toast jumping won't work. Time to pull the battery out and get it tested to confirm that it is dead and incapable of holding a charge.Then, buy a new battery and install it.
Sounds like the battery is faulty. Or the starter motor is not getting the power supply.

I did a compressin test, the pull start only gets the mower to 60psi but the drill gets the mower to 150psi. This mower does have a decompression vale where the ehaust opest about 1/8 of the way. I tore the ead off and checked and cleaned the valves. They don't stick open. Could there be an issue with the decompression valve? Or would it be the piston rings?

- I have a 2008 Honda Accord ex-l and when I turn the key to start the engine it takes 4-6 turn overs? Is it normal to have it turn over that much? I used to have a 1991 Honda Accord lx that was all beat up and I never had to hold the key in place. All I had to do was turn the key and bam engine start. With the car that I have now I have to wait a few seconds for it to go. Just wondering if that's perfectly fine.
