What are the squares beside the lighter socket for in my 2002 Honda Civic? What are they called?

I'll guess that they are "blanks", for switches or indicators that your car does not have.

- O3 honda cbr954rr, trying to find certain bolts- not sure what they're technically called? Looking for new ones and having trouble finding them online. Not sure how to word the search. Replacing head gasket. It's the main bolts that hold the head to the engine block. There's 10 of them.Talked to a honda dealer and they said its just called washer bolts but cost $75.+ tax through them. When i search washer bolts even adding engine, head, cylinder head etc. Still find nothing. Anyone know where or how to find them?
- What size socket for removing glove compartment? I'm replacing my PCM in my car. I got the the point where I'm removing the glove compartment, and I came across a bolt that I need to remove. I think it's removed with a socket? But I don't know what size. I have tried a few. Is there a standard size for Honda Civics? Also, would it be one like 11/32", or 7mm?

I'm in Japan & got a 2002 Honda Civic hatchback, just to get from point a to point b, I want to change the stereo, if I buy a 2002 stereo & harness and antenna and all that from Amazon, for American Honda civics, will it fit in a Japanese Honda Civic?
- Do people realize how much pain they inflict when they scratch the hell out of a car in a parking lot? I worked my *** off to pay for my car. Today, coming out of work. I noticed someone dinged and made a huge scratch to the metal almost on my Honda Civic Si. What's worse is my car is black, so it's very noticeable. That person doesn't know how hard I worked to buy my car. I love it to death. And they had the audacity to not even leave a note! I hate Houston and the animals that live here.
