Put the original cold air intake back on. Or, dump several hundred bucks into computer/programmer and dyno tuning.
Gosh. What do I have to do to my car to make it run like I did before I jerked around with the factory equipment? That's a tough one

Put the stock intake back on it. There's no cold air to flow and it is not calibrated for your intake sensors. You got burned for a cute little pipe.
Okay I give up… What's a "cold flow"?
If you are talking about an after market cold air intake, just get L tattooed on your forehead and put the original factory engineered cold air intake back on the vehicle.

Hi, I have just fitted an aftermarket radio on my 2006 Honda civic and it doesn't allow you to connect the lead from the top display (one which shows radio station, Aircon) to the new radio so there's no power getting to it. - Hesitation and pulsing rough idle on cold start? 2012 Honda Civic, 165k miles. Been having a lot of hesitation off the line (picking up speed from a stop). When slowing down from 5mph to 0mph, and while stopped, my idle is rough and "earthquakey" in bursts. On cold starts my car idles rough and feels like a pulsating feeling like the car's going to die. RPMs on cold start are 1500 and take 10minutes to drop to 800. No codes, shifting is smooth. Any ideas?
