It's something for business drivers who drive a Civic G to aim for.
It's simply a trim level designation, it is not an acronym for anything.
Some are actual acronyms like VE ( Value Edition - Toyota used that on previous generation Corolla's ) or SE ( Special or Sport Edition, used by several manufacturers ).
But most of the time, it's just a made up designation referring to the trim levels.
Personally I think GL stand for Good Luck ( as in good luck trying to find your Civic or Corolla in a parking lot filled with hundreds of other Civics' and Corollas' )
