What is the name of the part on a car where it stores the water for the windshields to spray?

It broke on my 2000 Honda Civic and was wondering how much they cost to replace/buy?

Known as the Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir you can get one on the internet from RockAuto for $10. Part # HO1288101. Replacement is easy for a mildly handy owner.

The washer fluid reservoir.

Go to rockauto.com and search for your make/model… Then the category (washer fluid/wipers something like that). Usually these are cheap and easy to replace (about $20 and 30 mins of work)

Junkyard -- $5. Internet -- $10. Quick and easy swap out. Washer fluid bottle, washer fluid reservoir.

  • What is the name of this part of my car? I drive a 2003 4WD Honda Element EX. Someone ripped this plastic panel off my car a while back and I'm now in a financial situation where I can afford to replace it. Where can I find this piece to my car? What is it called? If someone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

  • How can I stop water from flowing back into my Honda WB30 Water Pump 1100 LPM 80mm Outlet when the heavy duty hose attached gets blocked? I have a 1000l take of water attached to a Honda WB30 Water Pump 1100 LPM 80mm Outlet, alongside a heavy duty hose I use to water window boxes around London. When I park up the van and have to cross the road to water certain jobs, the pipe is occasionally temporarily blocked when a car runs over the hose pipe. This sends water back to the pump, and eventually breaks it. What can I do to stop the water/ pressure breaking the pump?
