What is the problem with my Honda?
I have a Honda Civic LX 2004. When I Drive my car everything slowly dies like the battery is dying. My battery light has been coming on for the past 3 weeks. I have replaced the alternator and the battery and the battery terminal, the light is still coming on and now my car started dying while I drive it. I've had the battery and alternator tested and they are both fine other than the fact the battery keeps coming up with a low charge. And even though my car will die while I'm driving it, it starts up and acts like nothing is wrong, until you drive it that is. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be before I take it to a mechanic?
Check your wiring to and from the alternator
If you have no way of checking the out put go to your trusted auto shop get them to check it you may have a bad alternator or battery if you have a meter to check voltage first check to see if battery is holding 12 volts when battery is charged up with key off now turn key and start car run at 1500rpm meter should 15volts if you don't get you have to see your local auto shop
Because you didn't use VTEC properly. Lol jk, sounds like a bad crankshaft sensor, just in case visit a mechanic to see what the real problem is though.
- Honda 1980 xl250s problem? My bike will not accelerate in 4th or 5th gear. It runs great in 1st 2nd and 3rd it tops out at about 35-40 in 3rd but once I shift to 4th it just stays at around 35mph. When I give it more throttle in 4th gear it just makes a put put sound and looses speed. Can someone please tell me how to fix this.
- I have a 85 honda vt700 magna that jumps in and out of 2nd.what could be the problem? It will shift in gear and stay at a fast idle but give it some gas it jumps in and out of gear.let off gas and it will stay in gear.is there an adjustment for this.
- I'm facing balance problem in Honda aviator while driving more than 40Km/hr? I'm facing balance problem (imbalance) in Honda aviator while driving more than 40Km/hr. Problem is intermittent. One local service person checked and informed that problem is with the front suspension is bend. Other person was pointing out the back wheel. Can anybody suggest what could be the problem. More problem i was facing when i travel through the elevated highway also when the heavy winds. Also can anybody tell which is the trusted/best service centers in bangalore.
- Honda superhawk bogging down problem? My honda superhawk is bogging down everytime after i give it a bit of gas and i have installed new carburetor plus new spark plugs what might be the cause of this?
