What is wrong with my 1999 Honda Civic? No air coming from vents?

The A/C and heat works fine, it's just when I turn the knob for the blower to worka and blow air through the vents, no air comes through at all.

I'm assuming it's the blower motor, that it's bad and needs to be replaced. I have the "TYC 700001 Blower Motor Assembly for Select Honda and Acura Vehicles" and even the "Dorman 973-211 Blower Motor Resistor" in my shopping cart now to purchase, but I'd like to ask you car experts for your opinion. Could it be something else? Or is it just the motor? And should I get the resister too?

First, check the fuse. If it's blown, it failed for a reason.
Next, pull the blower motor plug and hot wire it to see if the motor works or not. If it works, the problem is either the resistor or the dash control assembly. If the motor does NOT work at all, buy the items in your cart, the motor & resistor, and install them.
