What is wrong with my car? If anything?

I was driving on the highway tonight and it is storming. I was driving on back roads and my car acted normal and then I went to go on the highway via on ramp and I noticed she was not accelerating right but the RPMs were not shooting up they were staying down too like I was not even hitting the gas? Well I was driving and put it in 5th gear and I had the peddle too the floor and it was only doing 82ish mph and the RPMS were only at roughly 35-37 hundred! I have a 2003 Honda Civic two door coupe vtec engine it is also Manual Transmission. I was told to check for transmission issues but none of the symptoms are present on my car. Then I checked the Clutch and the guy told me to start it and put in 2nd or 3rd gear and let the clutch go and if it stalls its a healthy clutch. Well those two ruled out what else could cause this?

There must have been sumthing wrong while driving offroad… Just get it checked it might b sum serious issue…

So, the rpms are too low for the speed that you are going. That should not be a problem. If the reverse had happened, id look into a clutch issue.

Lol yes what?

It is not clutch issue (if it were clutch you would have low speed but high RPM, but you don't) so there are quite a few other things to check.
I'd initially check the Throttle Position Sensor and relevant Connectors (in case you press the gas pedal but your ECU don't get the message). Check also air filter just to be on the safe side.
Then I'd check fuel pressure… Did you change fuel filter recently? If filter is ok ( = not clogged) then check fuel pump. Start by checking (and cleaning) relevant connector contacts and if problem persists have fuel pump checked and replaced if necessary.
Finally have your ECU checked for any fault messages (possibly spark plug misfiring or similar) and repair faults (if any) accordingly.
There's also a strong possibility of humidity penetrating certain connectors and causing temporary signs of malfunction (which could possibly be revealed by ECU check or not) but above three issues seem to be more significant to check at this point.

Check the air filter and fuel filter. Or you could have bad compression from some serious problems.
