What's the biggest innovative differences in the Honda Civic models from 2005 to present?
I have $15,000 set aside for a new used car and I want a Honda Civic (or a Toyota Corolla or Camry but not relevant for the purpose of this question) but spending less for a older model, no older than a 2005, is also something of my interests. Because I'm interested in either a 2005 or newer, I would like to know how Honda made their successors better every year and if there are any Honda Civic year models to not buy due to a common trend of issues or the like.
Go to Wikipedia and read the page about the Honda Civic. It is very detailed and explains all the changes, differences and options.
- Which Honda/Toyota/Nissan models are still built in Japan? I'm in Georgia. I'm curious which specific models are still made in Japan and shipped over. I hear the Toyota Highlander, 4-Runner and Prius are the only ones still built in Japan. Are there any others? Are ANY of the Hondas or Nissans still built in Japan?
- Which team's livery past or present is your favourite? Why? For me its Rothmans Honda. Dated I know. But the dark blue & white main colours with the red, white & gold stripes is not only simple but striking. Add in the Rothmans, Castrol & HRC logos in & walaa! Marlboros may be my favorite ciggies but the red & white just doesn't seem to 'fit' with a motorcycle. The modern day liveries, some with those heavy metalish designs or the orange white & black of Repsol are far too garish for my liking.
- 2013 and 2014 models Mitshubishi Outlander, toyota RAV4 and Honda CRV? I intend changing from Toyota corrolla to one of the above but I'm wondering which of these is reliable. I may buy 2013 or 2014 model of RAV4, CRV, or Mit. Outlander. I have never used any of these. My concern is reliablebility Hope to hear from you
- Would a bad input shaft bearing noise present during certain rpms while jacked up? My honda civic makes a loud rattle during certain rpms (2000+rpm) in 1st and 2nd gear, it does have a bad isb but the rattle i'm not %100 if it is related to the isb. Should the rattle/grind also be evident if the car is jacked up if it had to do with the isb?
