What type of material is on the seats of this 2010 Honda Civic?
I'm looking for a Honda Civic 2006-2011, and I can't for the life of me figure out what type of material is on the seats of the car in this video. I'm curious to see if anyone can help me out with what the name/type of material is on the seats of this civic… I like it better than cloth and leather. Thank you in advance.
It's called "velour" (pronounced velloor).
It's a fabric which has been brushed to produce a napped surface. It can also been made from suede leather but that one is fabric.
Did more research & the closest that I could fine is "premium cloth-trimmed sport" material.
- Would the seats of a honda civic si fit in a acura rdx? I been looking at some older rdxs and don't like the leather. Was wondering if some one has ever switched out leather seats with cloth seats? It probably matters what year and etc. Of the cars.
- Will seats from a 2003 acura el fit in a 98 honda civic ex? Could i move leather seats from an 03 EL into a 98 civic ex? Also What cars could i take interiors from and have them fit in a 96-2000 civic ex, i'd like to move in a leather interior
- What other seats will fit in a 1998 Honda Accord LX 4 Door Sedan? I have a 1998 Honda Accord LX 4 Door Sedan and the driver seat is shot. I've been looking around, both on the web and locally, but haven't been able to find a replacement. I have however found a lot of seats for just about every other year for this model 1995-2005. Can anyone tell me if the seat from another year would fit. A lot of them look like they might.
- What is the freshest material for custom seat covers? I'm about to buy custom seat covers for my 2004 Honda CR-V. Since I live in the desert, I'm looking for the material that would be the most comfortable and fresh possible. Please, forgive my mistake. I meant "Cool". We have temperatures in the 110's during the summer, so I'm looking for the most comfortable option possible temperature-wise.
