What upgrades can i do to my 2000 Honda Civic Ex to make it faster and/or louder?
So i have been looking at cold air intake systems and exhaust headers, etc, what are the best upgrades to get and what are the best brands?

A cold air intake is easy to fit and gives the most worthwhile performance boost for your time and money. K&N is the best-known international brand.
Exhausts take a LOT more work to do right: very little performance boost and if you install it wrong, it will leak, scrape on the ground, vibrate on the bodywork, or get hit by suspension moving parts. Also messing with the exhaust might make your Honda fail the smog test.
Honda generally do a really good job maximizing performance from the factory, so you may want to save your money and just enjoy the car as standard…
