What would be a good first car for me?

I'm 18 and I'm thinking about doing my driving test and buying a car. I just don't want to get a Nissan Micra or Renault Clio or anything. I wanted to get a car like the 1995 Honda Civic Saloon or any nice Japanese import saloon. I wouldn't buy one of those cars and put a big exhaust on it or a spoiler or anything, I just like those cars. The thing is, all those cars are 1.5 litre engines and over but I'd need a 1.0 or lower, and a cheap car (€1,000 - 4,000) for a first car. What can I do?

  • What would be a good first car? I kind of don't want a Honda or a Toyota so are there any other car brands that have reliable cars?
  • What would be a good first car? - 1 I'm going to start my summer job in about a month and I'm going to earn around $2,500. I want to use this money to buy my first car. I'm stuck on which car I want to buy. I want the performance of a early 2000's Camaro, the sportiness of a Subaru, at the price of a Honda. What cars do y'all recommend for me. Or should I just get a truck so I can use it for work?
  • Which bike would be a good first sport bike. Looking at CBR1000/600's and also the yamaha R1/R6? I don't know much about the differences, I know some people are all for Suzuki, Yamaha, Honda, of Kawasaki. Seems that whatever bike someone has, they say its the best.
