There are 4 injectors. If the car is running good, do not "repair" it. Injectors are tested if they are getting command to fire with a noid light. They are checked if they are firing with a scope or with a fuel pressure drop test.

There are 4 injectors mounted on the top of the engine and attached to the fuel rail. You'll need to relieve fuel pressure to remove them if needed… Simplest way is to remove the fuse or relay for the fuel pump and run the engine until it dies to relieve fuel pressure. You can ohm test them to see if one or more is bad… Specs found in repair manuals… But that may not show a bad injector in some cases… Might test OK… Or tell the whole story if they are clogged /leaky tips… Bad spray patterns. Some specialized shops can test them for leakdown or bad spray patterns and possibly clean/repair them but usually it's easier/cheaper to just go ahead and replace them if found to be/suspected bad… Run about 30-50.00 each. Might be best on a car that old… Or you can try running some Seafoam or Techron additive in the fuel tank to clean them. Might take a few tanks of gas/additive to help. Also test for proper fuel pressure if needed (clogged filter, weak pump?) and check for any wiring/connector defects in the circuits to them… Loose connections, frayed or corroded wiring, etc.

If you're getting a misfire code for one cylinder and suspect a bad injector and not due to a bad spark plug or wire, etc., then remove the injector for that cylinder and swap it for another injector from another cylinder, clear any codes and test drive. If the misfire/trouble code comes back for the cylinder you swapped it to, then likely the injector is bad.

Take another look at your motor. Pull the air cleaner off. Isn't there a carburetor sitting on top of your motor?
All Honda's have a common problem with the valves getting tight ad thy need to be adjusted every 60,000 miles. When did you last adjust your valves?
