Who can help me diagnose my car?

I have a Honda Civic 2006 and this morning when I turn my blinker it started blinking faster than usual and I'm just wondering what causes this and if it's a simple fix

Usually just a burned-out bulb…

99% of the time, one of the bulbs on that side is burned out, either front or rear. It's a simple fix for most people, but you may not be most people.

One of your turn signal lamps is burned out.

Either have someone stand outside your car and tell you which one is burned out, or just flip it on each direction and walk around your car.

Look on youtube for instructions on changing it.

That usually means the blinker control is bad.

You are running low on blinker fluid.

It means a light bulb us out in your headlight/turn light, you'll need to replace it.

A change in the blink rate tells you that something has changed in the turn signals. Most often, a rapid blink tells you that one of your turn signals is burned out.

Another bulb is burnt out. Find which one it is and replace it

Put on the 4-way flashers and walk around the car to see which bulb is burned out. Change the bulb. It shouldn't be hard for a girl who knows the difference between a pliers and a screwdriver.

Bulb is burned out. 90% chance. Blinker unit is going out 10% chance. Both you can change yourself. Or in America auto zone can do it in there lot.

Not sure if this is necessary or not. I got the bill of sale and made him sign the title. I have his address and number. I got my tags also. I have informed DMV of sale and insurance. Am I responsible if he never registers vehicle if he gets in accident?
