Would this be a cool car in high school?

I'm driving soon and I want a 1999-2000 Honda civic SI I would want want to put some stuff like a nice exhaust system and rims would that be cool?

Those old civic si were the cool ones but the hatchbacks the others coupe is still a cool car but not the cooler tho. But if you buy it it will be a sick ride and people might judge you and stuff but when it comes down to race they will get ****** smoked once vtec kicks in. So yea if you want it buy it oh and you will have more reliability and better gas mileage than other cars that are slower than yours. That's the power of HONDA

No matter what you put on it, it is still a honda. Exhaust just makes them sound like a crop duster

I'm a junior in high school and I think civics are ridiculous. Just my opinion though and other people have cars way worse than civics.

How would I know? It was 50 years ago when I was in high school. I don't think they even made tin can Hondas back then.

Yea, that car is a huge target for people who like to modify their cars. It would look really good with a nice repaint, but anything else is just useless. Modding is a huge waste of money, and it is only there to add extra bling. You don't want to ruin that exotic engine lol

That would be an awesome car to drive. It's also highly sought after. Don't ruin it by making it look custom. There are many of those out there so a stock one is a rare gem. Also, don't start street racing it either. It's highly capable but going to a track would be the smart choice. Street racing is just stupid. I did it when I was younger but I was stupid. I'm lucky I was never in an accident doing it but not everyone is that fortunate.
