1998 Honda CRV vibration similar to flat tire?

I have a 1998 CRV 4WD that began to vibrate in the steering wheel and also felt like it had a flat tire. It turned out to be a warped tire that had a bump in it. I replaced it with my spare then some weeks later bought new tires. She rode great after this except for some vibration deep in the steering wheel that did not affect how it rode. Weeks after replacing them, just a few days ago the feeling of flat tire came back. I've inspected all of my tires and will conduct a test on them to see if a wheel is bent tomorrow. I'm looking for opinions on what this may be

I wonder what "test" you will do for a bent rim ( not the wheel, as the wheel is the tire + the rim ) ? W/o having the tires removed, your "test" may not show what's actually wrong… My suggestion is to take the vehicle to several alignment shops for their opinions + estimate of repairs

Harmonic balancer, engine mount, bent wheel, warped front brake disc, worn steering gear, … Will take a check-up to find-out…

Might be a worn Wheel Bearing. Go to a Tire Shop and they will check them for free.

Get all the tires balanced. If you did not replace ALL the tires, it is time to replace them now.
