2003 Honda CRV-computer scan?
Where does the car computer scan tool plug in on my CRV? Is there an online site for the scan codes? This is my first time using a car computer scan tool. I want to learn for myself so I can see what it is rather than to rely on what they tell me.
If it's not in the spot the previous answer showed you it may be behind the ash tray or a panel below the radio.DIYers with code readers are a danger to themselves. They start throwing parts at their car instead of learning the codes just direct you to the system not working right. For example, lean codes do not mean you have to replace the 02 sensors and can be a bad MAF sensor or vacuum leaks.

- Honda CRV 2003-check engine light? My check engine light won't go off; it has only 40,000 miles on it (real mileage). I also bought a new gas cap--so that isn't it. Can't find my manual either. How do I reset it, I'm thinking it is for oil maintenance but that was changed 1500 miles ago. I'm trying to avoid a trip to the dealer.
