"For fuel efficient cars only." How is one to know if their vehicle complies with this? I drive a Honda CR-V and get over 20 mpg.

About the only enforceable parking sign is the handicap spaces.
If there reserved for expecting moms, seniors or fuel efficient cars then the parking space is fair game, it's a courtesy not a law. Although it won't be to long before cash strapped states adopt this stupidity as an enforceable law for some quick cash.
Check your state and local laws. In most places that is a courtesy sign and can't be enforced by the police. If it is based on a law or ordinance, it would probably define what a fuel efficient car is.
- What does P mean on a parking ticket where your vehicle type is written? As in: Vehicle GRY HOND P? I received a parking ticket and really can't afford to pay it! My friend told me I should look for typos on the ticket in order to contest it. On the ticket where the vehicle type is listed, the line reads: "Vehicle GRY HOND P". I do own a grey honda, but I was not sure what the P stood for? I tried to google but couldn't find anything - please help!

- Do people realize how much pain they inflict when they scratch the hell out of a car in a parking lot? I worked my *** off to pay for my car. Today, coming out of work. I noticed someone dinged and made a huge scratch to the metal almost on my Honda Civic Si. What's worse is my car is black, so it's very noticeable. That person doesn't know how hard I worked to buy my car. I love it to death. And they had the audacity to not even leave a note! I hate Houston and the animals that live here.
