Is it okay to buy Honda CR-V with 75,000 miles?
I'm considering to buy either 2008 Honda CR-V with 75,000 miles or 2008 Toyota RAV4 with 66,000 miles.
Both have clean records and are in similar price range.
They are all Front Wheel Drive, as I won't need 4WD or AWD.
I'm a recent graduate and this will be my first car purchase. RAV4 had two owners, but it looks like they both have clean records. Just wondering if either will last long without much problems.
Both cars will be fine at that mileage. Either one after I bought I would take in and have the Transmission and Radiator fluids changed. They all you'll need is oil changes and tires until your next car.
When used car shopping you can take a look on http://www.carcomplaints.com/ and see if that year has any common issues.
Usually the first model year of a new model is one to avoid.
If that, s what you want then by it! 66,000 miles is nothing on those kind of cars as long as they been taken care of!
No, it's not ok
Hell yeah
I have two suv in my budget after speaking to numerous dealers. Both are 2012, it's a Honda Crv with 75,000 miles and an equinox with 53,000. I live in upstate new york, the crv is awd the equinox is not
- Would you purchase a 2004 Honda pilot for $6,000.000 that has 216,000 miles on it? I'm just browsing online looking at cars for sale and a lot of them have 200k or more miles on them and they want $4,000 or more. Why do people sale their cars for such a high price with a lot of miles on them? Its not just Hondas its all types of cars private and dealers as well
- A 2008 Honda CBR600RR w/ 20,000 Miles. Good buy? They are asking $6,700 for it. Assuming that the pre-purchase inspection goes well obviously. I won't be selling the bike for any reason unless I'm forced to sell it. I would change the fairings, exhaust, get new tires and am willing to repair it if anything goes wrong that can be fixed. Any thoughts from you guys? All answers appreciated, but try to keep it serious. Thanks! Also, I went to check for a VIN number but they put the stock number instead… Worth checking it anyways?
- 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000? Is this a good deal? I need to buy a new car and today I got an offer on a 2008 Honda Fit with 66,000 miles on it for $5,000. I'm a 19 year old girl and I know nothing about cars D: Are Honda Fits good cars? Should I buy this with so many miles already on it? Also, I like to travel. Will this car be safe to drive long distances?
- Used 2012 Honda Civic Coupe with 60,000 miles. Is it ok to buy? I'm looking at a Certified Pre-owned Honda Civic Coupe. It's 2012 with 60k miles on it and Carfax said it averaged 22k miles per year. No accidents reported and only one owner. The price is good is $14,000 right now and I'll probably negotiate it down. The main question: Is 60k too much on a 2.5 year old vehicle? Even if it's CPO?
