Is there any way I can put in an aux cord to play audio if I only have USB ports?

I started leasing a 2019 Honda CR-V recently, and the only inputs seem to be USB ports. My friends like passing around the aux cord when we drive places, and though the CR-V does support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, switching between a lightning cable and a micro-USB seems like a hassle (since they have different phone models). I found some USB to aux adaptors online, but the reviews on them say that they can't be used to do what I want.

No sorry have a nice day

Read your owner's manual. Your car, you play your own program, not all the stuff passengers pass around and demand. Take only what your car supports if you like it. If they have a problem with it, they need to start walking. Pull over and let them out.

Stereo to aux doens't work unless the usb can accept a microphone input. That's probably not true for your cr-v.

based on what you are trying to do maybe use a stereo to FM transmitter?

You can pass the cable around and leave the radio on the FM station that picks it up?

  • Where is the aux cord input at in my 2005 Honda odyssey? Just recently Purchased the Van, I see an aux audio button on the navi screen but don't see the input for the aux. Looking everywhere can't find it. Any help?
  • I have a 2004 Honda CRV, I tried to check the Engine Block Heater Cord but I can't see any wiring? Anyone who could help me locate the cord may be it is wrap or tie with the other wire? Where are the location the heater can be install for me start looking at the wiring in there?
  • Does the 1998 Honda Crv come with an Aux cord input? I have a 1998 Honda Crv and for the the 2 months I've had it, it feels like a sports car! However, i got one problem, the entertainment in my car is dry. I don't have any CDs and listening to the same music on the radio is boring. I have all these hot tracks on my phone that I can't play. Please if there's an aux cord input somewhere can someone please tell me where it is or how to hook one up.
  • I'm moving to New York City but I have a year left on my car lease. Is there any way out? I have a Honda Civic leased through Honda Financial Services and there are 11 months left on my lease. HFS apparently does not allow Lease Swapping (a common solution for this type of problem). It looks like I will have to pay the remaining monthly payments I owe to Honda one way or another… Is there any alternative to this? I have no need for a car in NYC and I'm in California now. The car is in pristine condition and pacing about 6 or 7k under mileage. Anyone know of a way out?
