It depends where you are (in Australia where I live for that milage and price it would need to be absolutely MINT with excellent service history to buy at that price) so yeah I reckon a bit over priced

I'll put it this way… I wouldn't have paid the $5,000 for a average vehicle that's years old.

In the US - no, I don't think you overpaid if it was well cared for. I own a 2010 CRV that I paid over 15k for a few years ago with about 60k miles. They really hold their resale value here. I sold my old 2002 Mazda Protege with 115k for 2500 dollars when I bought it. SUVs always go for more money than sudans, so I think you're good, even though it's older. It might not be a steal, but I think if it ends being a good car for you then it was worth it.
