Problems with my 2007 Honda CR-V?
My 2007 Honda CR-V is having problems with the engine light and VSA coming on. Once I accelerate the car will start to buck. The first time it happened I was on a highway and let go of the gas and it stopped. I took it for an oil change at the dealership because i thought thats what was caused the engine light to come on. When they returned my car the light was off. A week later it did it again. First the Check engine light came on with the VSA light and another all at the same time. Once I got on the highway and started to accelerate it started to buck again. This time i tried the same as before to let go of the gas give a couple of sec. And accelerate again. It just kept bucking. Does anyone know what it might be? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Both of these lights come on because of the rough running or misfiring condition. Your car is 11 years old and needs to have the spark plugs and plug wires replaced. You also need to have the valves adjusted if you have never had this service done.
Turning the light off does NOT fix the car, and it seems that's all they did. Pull the trouble codes and they will point out the system or parts that malfunctioned. Changing the oil is just maintenance, not repair.
P2647- HONDA - Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch Circuit High Voltage
There's a Honda service bulletin for your CRV. The factory bulletin suggests that replacing the VTEC oil pressure switch (P/N 37250-PNE-G01, H/C 6737217) takes care of the problem. Make sure and check first if the engine oil has the correct viscosity when the dealership did the oil change.
When the switch is replaced, clear the codes and the 83-1 code should not come back if the car is fixed.

- Problems with honda engine? I got an 01 Integra with a B18B1 in it and the other day I got gas in it and went home. Shut it off and then started it again to go back out about an hour later and the engine seems like its shaking back and forth, and the check engine light starts flashing. I thought it was the transmission mount so I replaced that since it was about to fall apart anyways but that didn't even work. Does anyone know what might be the problem? Does anyone think it could be bad gas?
- I have a 1994 honda vt1100 motorcycle possible coil problems? I was riding to work and it started sputtering. I stoped, and after a few minutes it did restart but ran very poor. Started it again and could take off both back sparkplug wires and it still ran poor. I could take off 1 of the 2 front wires and it died? I checked the resistance on both the high and low. The high was about 3.4 and i couldnt get anything from the low? So please any help would be appreciated.
