What SUV is better? Of these?
New vehicle in near future and need 4 door. Prefer awd of 4x4 option, good gas milage and reliability overall
I like the Honda crv lx
Chevy hhr
Chevy equinox
That's not even a contest. The Honda CRV is far and away the superior vehicle. Its as capable as the others and far more reliable. It also gets good gas mileage.
The Equinox is a distant second. Its a bit bigger, but sucks more gas.
The HHR doesn't have AWD and is not a true crossover. It was designed to compete with the PT Cruiser as a retro wagon. Its also a horrid little vehicle, avoid.
I rented a Chevy Equinox for a trip from Fl to N.J and I loved the gas mileage it got.Nice compartment size as well made me fall in love with it.
GOOD advice from Christopher already, and with the fact that you failed to specify what years of each model I can only add avoid the Equinox with the 3.4 V-6 it is a mechanics dream starting at about 80K miles. The only thing I can add to the CR-V is the tires require very intense maintenance to max tire tread life. A good alignment tech familiar with the model can add reasons why. The HHR is not even worthy of your consideration and is probably involved in at least one GM factory recall currently, maybe more. GM needs to clean house, old/new? Many of the same clowns are still in the building that were under the watchtower when these models were designed and QCed! Trust me Mary and the crew were not sweeping the warehouse floor in West Chester or Bolingbrook when the cover-up started and no heads have rolled yet.
- What are best long lasting SUV's? Ok from my experience american cars, have nice design and all but they stop at 200k miles my charger did, and my Chevrolet as well, my son's nissan from 1999 lasted him over 450k miles & his honda its at 350k and still runs like a champion. Right now i want to buy a 2013 suv awd, but i want to be Japanese car, cuz they are the best maked from my experience, so what are some good Japanese suvs with really nice deisgn as well?
- Will these rims fit these tires? I have a honda s2k and I was wondering if 17" staggered wheels would fit these size tires 17x7 on 225/45/17 17x8.5 on 255/40/17
- Which of these is a better suv? What is a good reliable SUV out of these 4? New 2014 or newer Chevy equinox Honda crv Toyota highlander Toyota rav4 I'm looking for a SUV that is good on gas milage (20mpg of more) as well as being reliable ( doesn't break down often and few to no problems) Good mpg and reliability Pros and cons of these and more info is appreciated So which of these 4 is best for what I'm looking
- Which mini SUV is better for gas mileage and longevity? I have been looking at mini SUV's/crossovers and have narrowed down my choices to these 3: Nissan Rogue, Honda CR-V and Subaru Forester. Keep in mind that I'm not buying a brand new one from the year 2014 or 2013. I'm looking at the years 2010 - 2012. So which is the overall better choice?
