Why is Honda CR-V the #1 selling SUV in the US?
It doesn't have V6, 3rd row or tow much.
Few people need to tow, few people need a third row of seats, and huge numbers of people want the improved fuel economy of a non-V6 engine. Plus being a Honda it is exceptionally reliable.
Large tow cars with plenty of seats and big heavy engines also tend to handle like land-barges. Compared to most other SUVs in the US domestic market, the CR-V has sporty handling and handles corners well. The closest competitor to it in that respect is the Toyota RAV-4 but the latest version looks as dull as ditchwater.
USED to be. It's the RAV4 now.

- Top 5 most selling cars since 2010? Are the best selling cars and the best cars on the marcket right now? From my opinion is: Honda Nissan Toyota Lexus Hyundai Its this right?
- Selling a '89 Honda Pilot? How much should I sell it for? The battery is dead, but the pull start works great. There's nothing wrong other than needing a new battery. Forgot to mention it's a FL400cc
- 1977 Honda GL1000, selling, don't know how much? I'm trading my "ruckus clone" that is basically a project that failed horribly on my end. Said he will trade his 1977 Honda GL1000 for my scooter. He said that the only problem with the GL1000 is that it needs the carbs cleaned… Which isn't really much of a problem, easy solve. But if thats the real case, not much rust, only needs the carbs cleaned, how much could I sell this bike for… Depending if I don't fall in love with it and keep it for myself.
- Is Nissan Selling more vehicles than honda? I keep hearing Nissan is Selling more cars than honda, but i usually see more hondas… Can someone explain?
