Discrimination? What can I do?

So I was at a Honda dealership, and I arrived to get my car serviced. I waited literally 30 minutes to get a service advisor with me or to at least talk to me. The only people that talked to me or noticed me were two lot attendants. There were around 5 to 7 cars behind me, that got noticed and talked to by service advisors before me. Advisors literally knew I was there waiting. I was ahead of the other cars and I was outside my car waiting. So they could at least notice me. Did that for around 15 min.

I just want to know if this is discrimination or something similar. The service advisor was then offering me a free tire that my car needed and I said, no thank you. I'm wondering if he was doing that so I wouldn't report them.

Let me know.

Did you have an appointment? Perhaps the others did.

Did you stand around waiting for someone to notice you? "Excuse me, I have an appointment for an oil change at 11:00. I have a business meeting soon and I need to check in now" would be the appropriate thing to do.
