A place where they respray cars in OEM colours?
I'm looking for an Honda s2000 in Grand Prix white, but they all overpriced. So I'm deciding to buy one in Black and maybe respray it when I have spare cash lying around in the future. I was wondering if Honda offers full resprays, either in Australia or elsewhere… I would be willing to ship the car overseas. If not, does anyone know a company that does?
If you want to respray the car, talk to some bodyshops. You are probably better talking to the sorts that restore classic cars etc rather than the accident repairers.
Alternatively, have you thought about a vinyl wrap? A lot of people are using these now to change the colour of a car. The advantage is it's not only a bit cheaper, but can be removed later on, so would retain the car's value (as a resprayed car is unlikely to sell for as good a price as one that hasn't been messed with).
Any collision shop can do that for you. But keep in mind that repainting a vehicle chassis ( not just the outside ) is very expensive. You will very likely end up paying more to repaint a black car than you will just buying a white one from the start.

Going to cost way more than buying a white car. A mediocre job will set you back several thousand dollars.
Everything black will need to be painted, meaning more or less, taking the car apart down to the chassis and prepping/spraying.
A good factory quality job will cost a small fortune.
- Why is it that some husbands let their wives drive luxury cars while they drive ordinary cars? I've been observing some of my neighbors (one of them is a stay at home mom) and the husbands drive ordinary cars like Honda Accord or Honda Pilot. But the wives tend to drive luxury cars like Acura TSX or Acura RDX (some form of luxury car). What is the reason for this? Why do wives get to drive luxury cars while the husband drives ordinary car? I should say some of them. Its not a problem though but was only curious. The neighbors are Asians actually.

- Do people realize how much pain they inflict when they scratch the hell out of a car in a parking lot? I worked my *** off to pay for my car. Today, coming out of work. I noticed someone dinged and made a huge scratch to the metal almost on my Honda Civic Si. What's worse is my car is black, so it's very noticeable. That person doesn't know how hard I worked to buy my car. I love it to death. And they had the audacity to not even leave a note! I hate Houston and the animals that live here.
- Why do they always recommend mundane cars as your first car? I'm currently shopping for my first car and I get a lot of recommendations for cars from family and friends but they're mundane, boring cars like Honda Civic, Honda Accord, Nissans, Toyotas, etc. I pretty much am set on a luxury car such as Acura (which is actually made by Honda), Lexus (made by Toyota), or Audi. They're all like "Don't go for any of those!" but is there a reason why? I've always heard good things about their reliability and performance.
