If it is "because you don't drive enough" that must mean one or more "monitors" are not ready. They go "not ready" when the battery is disconnected or when the codes are cleared and they go ready when they have a chance to run a test. The conditions for running those tests are provided in a driving cycle, or sometimes by normal driving. It can take weeks or even months of driving to hit the right conditions in random driving so look in the source for a Honda drive cycle.

This is from Honda:

Pre-condition:

All readiness monitors are cleared when the battery is disconnected or when the ECM/PCM is cleared with a scan tool.

·Do not turn the ignition switch off during the procedure.
·Low ambient temperatures or excessive stop-and-go traffic may increase the drive time needed to switch the readiness monitor from incomplete to complete.
·The readiness monitor will not switch to complete until all the enable criteria are met.

·If a fault or defect in the vehicle system caused the MIL to come on, the readiness monitor can't be set to complete until the fault or defect is corrected.
·Start the engine, and hold it at 3,000 rpm with no load (in Park or neutral) until the radiator fan comes on.

Drive Cycle Procedure:

1. Most OBD monitors will complete more readily using a steady driving style during the acceleration and cruising modes. Operating the throttle in a smooth method will help ensure and assist completing the monitors.
2. The fuel tank should be between and full with full being the most desirable level.
3. Start the engine. Idle the engine in drive for two and a half minutes with the A/C and rear defroster on.

4. Turn the A/C and rear defrost off, and accelerate to 55 mph at half throttle.
5. Hold at a steady speed of 55 mph for three minutes.
6. Decelerate (coast down) to 20 mph without braking or depressing the clutch.

7. Accelerate back to 55 to 60 mph at throttle.
8. Hold at a steady speed of 55 to 60 mph for five minutes.
9. Decelerate (coast down) to a stop without braking.

10. If the readiness monitor is still set to incomplete, check for a temporary DTC. If there's no DTC, one or more of the enable criteria were probably not met; repeat the procedure.
