What car would you choose and why?

The 2015 chevrolet sonic lt automatic transmission? Or the 2015 Honda fit Hatchback Ex with a CVT transmission? Both have different transmissions. What car would you choose? Pros and cons please.

I'm a Chevy fan, but I would not buy a Sonic. In my opinion, unless you're getting a decent vehicle from the big 3 (Ford, Dodge, GM) avoid their cheap budget cars. The Fiesta, Sonic, Dart at first may look great. But once you notice the flaws of these cheap cars, and compare to import budget cars, you'll see a big difference.

In 2004 I was shopping around for my first car. My budget was around $21,000 to $22,500 and of course anything cheaper.

First, I saw the local GM place because I'm a Chevy fan (NASCAR & Monster Trucks) and saw the Chevy Cobalt. Plastic hub caps, no thrill car, and just very bland and basic. The other was a Pontiac Azteck which I found BUT UGLY!

Went to Mitsubishi and saw their Lancer. $19,000 yes style was decent, and basic interior with some optional equipments installed. But a a sun roof.

The win, was the 2004 Mazda 3. Loved the hatchback style, sun roof, 6 disc CD changer, sun roof, and 17inch alloy rims for $20,000. I bought the Mazda and still a great car.

Happy Hunting

The 2015 Chevrolet Sonic is ranked 15th out of 42 Affordable Small Cars by US News. It does not get that great fuel economy for this small of a car and it is cheaply built. The Honda Fit gets much better fuel economy and is well built. Honda's are dependable and hold their resale value. The Sonic will do neither.

I heard good things about honda cars on gas. But going to a Honda Dealership they all can kiss my you know. Everything one I've been into are completely jackasses. Completely ignorant, selfish sales man. I've been in a porsche dealer before cause the lot was across the street and I figure they would be rude cause of those fancy cars I was wrong nicest people I met even the finance manager (laughing and telling jokes, don't expect it at honda). But honda I don't understand, I've been to 4 honda dealerships I will never walk into one again

  • What would you do if a lady around 30-37 told you that you were useless and would never amount to anything? She's a well dressed white lady with a brand new Honda SUV and she has a daughter that looks about 12 that is also well dressed and the girl is being rude and both are being very rude to the guy at the counter at Subway. Would it be wrong to curse out the old witch who tried to start a fight and cursed out the subway worker and you?
  • Which of these two people movers would you choose? I'm shopping for a 7 seater vehicle for the family, I'm on a strict budget and my options are these two: 1. Mitsubishi Grandis Chariot 1998 ($3650 asking) http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/used-cars/mitsubishi/auction-727044065.htm 2. Honda Odyssey 2000 ($3200 asking) http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=725329092 Super greatful for any feedback on this.
  • Two vehicles to choose from, what do you think? 1998 Honda CR-V AWD 1200$ 337,000 km Or 2003 Volkswagen Jetta 1.8 2000$ 250000 I was told the honda is cheaper to fix and maintain hands down?
  • Buying my first car and want to choose the right car I need something with a lot of room and thats safe?
