What tire size will fit 17x9 rim?
I have a 2015 Honda Civic Si Sedan and I bought varrstoe rims that are 17x9 but don't know what tire size will fit in my vehicle.
A 17x9 sized rim on a 2015 Civic Si is out of Honda specs. To stay within Honda specs you would use a 17x8 sized rim with 215/45R17 87V sized tires. If you used the wider rim you would have to use a sized tire that would kill the handling and control of the Civic. Along with it's acceleration and braking ability. It would also reduce your fuel economy and throw off your speedometer calibration. Not a good idea, Cesar, this is if you wish your nice new Civic to drive to it's best ability.
- Punctured tire replacement - can I replace only 1 tire - is it safe to replace the PUNCTURED tire only? My 2005 Honda Pilot rear left tire was punctured near the threshhold (ie - sidewall), but still usable. Thus the tire dealer patched it only. Should I replace that punctured tire only? Or should I replace the 2 tires on the same axle? Or even buy a whole set of 4 tires? I'm concerned about safety, and thus your best advice is very appreciated.

- What tire size will fit 2013 honda civic EX-L on 17 inch wheels while maintaining the stock height? I currently have 16 inch stock rims with 205/55R16 tires and I recently ordered a 17" rims for my car, but I still have trouble figuring out what wheels would fit those rims so that I can still keep the stock height and not have any gap in between or rub my fenders! Alright so I just got some xxr 527 rims their 18 I forgot the exact dimensions but it's pretty deep and I went on a website (carid.com) and it said it wouldn't fit I got a 2013 accord coupe ex-L v6 but I know there's people that can make it fit adjusting things and what not but I wanna know what would have to be done and how much it would be by doin it your self or to pay some one thanks
