How much does it cost to unbend an exhaust pipe?

Accidentally backed into a tree this morning getting out if my driveway and bent the exhaust pipe. Still seems to work but it is rubbing against the tire. How much does it cost to fix this? 2004 Honda oddysey

Even if someone could see where in the world you are straightening and exhaust is not something that there's going to be a standard price for.
You take it somewhere that can do it, they inspect and give you an ESTIMATE. They do the job and then charge you the actual cost which could be more or less than the estimate.
Could even be that a new section of the system is cheaper or it may be impossible or impractical to straighten the old one

The trained exhaust system shop will cut off the bent part and make a new piece to replace the bent one. Actually, YOU should cut off the bent part so it stops rubbing on your tire, with a hacksaw. Otherwise you may be replacing a tire too.

Please explain how you can't back out of your driveway.

It will most likely be easier and cheaper to replace, if you just bent pipe and not the catalytic converter or headers, shouldn't be more than $150.

  • What kind of exhaust pipe is this? So this is my first bike, and the pipes are just a little too loud. I'm looking to install some baffles to quiet her down and get a little better back pressure. Everything I've seen online pertains more to straight pipes and I just want to know what the technical name for these ones is and if you could possibly recommend a baffle as well, that would be incredibly helpful. They have a 3.5 inch diameter at the end. It's 1979 Honda CX500 Deluxe.
  • Honda CR250R leaking black oil from exhaust pipe? My 2001 Honda CR250R 2-stroke motorcycle is leaking black tar-like oil out of the exhaust pipe. I have not payed much mind to it and its been happening for a while now. It not a constant leak but it will leak it out sometimes and my rear rim is filled with the black oil.
  • How much does it cost to replace the timing belt on a 2004 Honda Element? I'm looking to buy my first car and I'm looking at a Used Honda Element. The only thing I'm concerned about it that the car has a lot of miles (200,000) and the timing belt hasn't been replaced. Generally, how much would that cost?
  • What type of exhaust gasket should I use when fitting new exhaust? I would like to install new exhaust system on my car and was wondering if I use the flat oval shape gasket or round conical gasket or both? I'll be installing a backbox and centre pipe. It's a 1998 Honda Civic.
